How do you take them all out for walks? Together?

Well i can walk my 9 easily but haven't tried all 15 yet i get nasty looks of people as it is

Do you have them on leash when walking?
I believe you get nasty looks with so many dogs.
I just know two people who can take their packs of four and five dogs out for walks without problems. There's waaaay more people who just have all their dogs off-leash and out of control. And that's horrible if you've got your dog on a leash because he's still scarred of other dogs and then there's a whole pack of dogs running towards you uncontrollable.

Yes they are walked on leash round public places but most people don't like to see a teenager walking 9 strong breeds of dogs but I can't help feeling smug when those people see me go past with my dogs under control and they have 1 dog that they are struggling with

Yeah, I can somehow understand them if they do not know you and your dogs. I also feel a little uncomfortable if meeting people with more than 4 dogs for the first time, but if I get to know them and know they've got their dogs under control, it's fine. ^^
Haha, I know what you mean. It's like when my dog sleeps quietly in his cushion in the train and children keep on running around and screaming until even their own parents get unnerved.

Well I'm not positive on the breed as the are all rescue except Milo and raven
Milo is a border collie
Raven is a new Zealand huntaway / kelpie / border collie
Zuko is kelpie/ wire fox terrier / border collie we got him DNA tested 
Mole is a staffie
Merlin is rottie / border collie
Finn is border collie / greyhound
Ruby is we think whippet / pharaoh hound
Kali we think is a Belgian shepherd malinois/ ?
Bumi Belgian shepherd tervuren /Belgian shepherd laekenois we know what he is as we found he breeder
But we also have 3 jack Russell's 1 parsons Russell terrier 1 Labrador and a collie in the house but they are my mums dogs
