He's also very creepy. He's also very vigilant, always a couple steps above everyone. I wonder if he hangs around the woods during one of his missions.
About his silence, I think there was 2 reasons why Soundwave never speaks (Note: Soundwave can speak.), in "Scattered, Megatron advices Starscream to better filter what he shares, Starscream mutters about Soundwave's vow of silence. The other reason is that he just chooses not to talk, kinda makes you wonder how he communicates with anyone other than trolling with them like he did with Prime.
... I really want to say this, Soundwave actually has a face. I know I might sound like a rumor-guy, but I think I have evidence that could prove he has a face.Β
