Um duuuude, how about getting your fact straighten before looking stupid with your inaccurate comment.
Fresh is not related to Error or Geno canonly (only in the story Momma CQ)
Fresh isn't a virus, he's a parasite but whatever.
CQ (Crayon Queen) is the "creator" of them not their literal mother (again, only in the story called "Momma CQ" and AU of the original characters)
So no they aren't brother no he is not related to Paperjam in any way, please don't hate it a horrible thing to do and make you look like a terrible person (even more so when your facts are way wrong)
