How do you change it?

Right click the icon, and save it to somewhere on your computer that you can get to easily and that you can remember. At the top of your screen near the middle is your username and a downward-pointing arrow. Click the arrow and select "Settings" from the drop-down window. On the "Settings" page, there is a box at the top that says "Avatar." In the box, select the button that says "Change your avatar." Upload the image and save the change, and your icon should be changed.

Should I credit you in a journal or on my signiture?

In the signature would be nice, but if you don't have enough characters left in your signature, you can put it in a journal.
