in the render looked big, but in preview seemed too small... in the next i'll increase the number of preview samples, to be sure of the result

I have this problem also that's why I increase the number for the preview now too! But actually I have seen 2 way for making the hair, do you think it's better to use and comb the original hair particles or deleted them and put the parents one by one and comb them with less childrens for the render? I am lost with that

ah I don't usually use children, [only in rare cases when I'm too lazy] XD.
I delete all and create strand by strand, so I have more hair control

Actually for my case I use a little number of childrens, because when I try to not use the childrens the hair looks weird, like if it was impossible to render a hair without childrens!
