this is the Nemesis with the face I always imagined for a Remake.
it's just artwork. However, I'm sure someone at nexusmod will create this mod. I Love the "nexusmods.com" I always download incredible mods, some graphics mods, others to fix the face (like Claire Redfield 2 remake and Trish DMC5), also lighting shaders among others.
this way make my games incredible

i honest never found Nemesis' original appearance from the legacy game all that scary nor intimidating

This is exactly how i would have him to be honestly, they changed his head so much that i don't find him scary at all, and breaks a bit the survival horror theme of the game in my opinion ... plus those long teeth i just can't get the idea the that, for me it doesn't add anything to the character. AS you stated i also hope someone create a mod for it, it looks good so far!

Just my opinion... I think the head shape is much better as the original, the shape you gave to his head makes him look like a pug, kind of cute (or chibi) looking, that happens because you made his eyes much bigger, eyes in a human being are the same size no matter ho tall or big the person is, in the original it makes it look as his body and face grew out of proportion from the mutations, in the changes you made you make the eyes bigger making his actual face structure bigger and his body smaller.... I think removing the nose and reshaping the teeth would be more than enough.

I honestly find his look to be pretty disturbing... I mean, it looks like some poor sap's face was melted and stretched all over the place (like one of the victims from The Blob remake)... and those unnaturally long teeth... Jesus Christ.
Although I could be biased because he kinda reminds me of Hell Chaos from Splatterhouse, lol.
