Actually, Aaron was wrong. Volde's pupils are described as scarlet slits, like a cats. So, the slit is scarlet, the rest is. . not. Also, Voldemort looks like Sigma. You should draw Sigma.

Ah, I don't know where in the books it totally describes his eyes, so I came into Wikipedia and they described him as having Red eyes with a Cat's Eye slit. Didn't actually quote the book.

Well, the moment I'm remembering is in book six. . when Dumbledore and Harry are in the pensieve, and watching the memory of Voldemort asking Dumbledore for a job. The narrative says something along the lines of "His eyes were no longer dark and handsome, but the scarlet slits that Harry knew" or something like that.
Could be wrong, but it always seemed to me to be described as if the slits themselves are scarlet.
