he means wobbly like, the body parts dont move in one direction, like for instance, when ur animating the foot, its not suppose to slide across the floor like that unless he is walking, keep the foot in one place till the other leg touches the ground

It's hard to explain. I mean. Watch his body. See how it kinda moves around, unsteadily? It WOBBLES from place to place unnaturally. And how the feet shift from place to place? And decrease in length? Wobbly.
