Thats a good point lol, but maybe the lagoon is fed mainly from an underwater glacial spring...somehow... tiny microscopic organisms bind the the ice molecules as the water travels, keeping heat out, and ice cold, the organisms dont bond to other groups of organisms doing the same thing, which keep it from freezing altogether. ...oooor their feet are very hot right now lol.
