YES! I'M FINALY FINISHED!!!!!!! 
This calls for a celabration! 
The eye was really hard to do. :< At first the eye was red but I didn't like it so I tried green but I didn't that so I tried blue and I liked it. 
For the eye I used

Redheadstock's fire brush set;[link] §ion=&global=1&q=fire+brushes#/dajtzk
I used them for the eye.
I will warn you now, the first mabey five or six pages are writting. I really like how this came out! The scales killed me but over all I like it!All characters belong to me, do not use without permision.

The eye is nice, but the shading of the scales just don't make any justice to it, I suggest you to practice on shading :3
