The Xcode icon, whilst has been updated to support the Apple Human Interface revamp introduced in macOS Yosemite, still looks out of place in the dock, launchpad and many other places in the macOS system. This icon revamp focuses on making the Xcode icon consistent with most of other 3rd-party applications, not necessarily Apple's first party.

The original Xcode logo, name and software is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. This logo redesign is not held under copyright laws. ABSE license applies. Can be used anywhere you like without giving credit, can't be redistributed as own work.
