Description
Something new - or not quite so because I did this a few weeks back and have only just go around to photographing it.Acrylic on paper.
Reference from a magazine but this bares little resemblance to the reference.

Thanks very much. A friend of mine also said that this had a Russian look to it.

Thanks very much - i think I will need to do a lot more in this style as the ones I have done so far have all gone well.
I think being able to use the paper as a colour works well with these.

Thanks very much - I prefer doing these limited colour ones. I takes the stuggle with skin colours out of the equation.

skin colors = combinations or burnt sienna, yellow ochre, venetian red, and something to darken and something to lighten. Substitutions are aok for reds and yellows. Easier said than done.
