This particular Pokemon has never really peaked my interest. But since I'm determined to stick with selections picked by random number generator, I gave entry #77 a shot, it's Reuniclus. So though it did allow me the opportunity to paint this weird gel-like substance, also I was able to link this entry to a member of the Unova Elite Four because I didn't have any ideas otherwise.

EDIT (05/10): Orbs contained within the ears were missing, fixed it. The Poke Piece now has a title.
