Description
A starter Pokémon from the wonderful Unova region. I most assuredly wanted to focus on capturing the right qualities with this piece, took a couple of re-drafts to get it right. Entry #71 is the Dandy Grass Snake, Serperior! This isn't just any old Pokémon, this is a creature that has a rooted attitude connected to its design, it carries itself in a very specific fashion. It's large and imposing, but it never appears fearsome or threatening. It's a noble and majestic creature. Here I've painted the grass snake on a theatre stage ready to put on a show, or so it will be since the seats are empty, this is more of a rehearsal session for Serperior.
