He seems like an agent of chaos that's beyond the comprehension of some of his neighbors and nothing gets in between him and his deranged fun (which sometimes comes more from twisting peoples' minds than physically hurting soaking them)...Wait...Is...Is he The Devil?

I also really like how you conveyed how quickly he crept up on Tuls in panels 4 and 5 and the whole "battle" in panels 10-12. I always love seeing "movement" in comics and you captured it well here!
