Description
This is my entry for the ArtOrder/Muddy Colors challenge - Eowyn and the Nazgul from The Lord of the Rings. It's such a great scene in the book, so I really enjoyed illustrating it!I could have spent so much more time on this, but I was busy with work and stuff until short before the deadline Β°-Β°;
If I'm lucky and get critique from the judges, I might just work on it a little more

I really like your take on this scene. There's something about her position that I love. So feminine, beautiful, yet so brave and strong in heart. Not perfectly sure of herself, but brave enough to face the even the greatest servants of Sauron. Awesome job on the Nazgul mount too.

I love this scene!!! It's a woman being all badass in an all-male world, what's not to like? Lovely art!! And I love how the King is invisible and only the creepy eyes show up, pretty awesome!

Haha! Is the Witch King you've drawn here taken from the 1980 animated film, or merely by the description in the book? Given the image of the Fel Beast I'd say the book. Either way it's very well done
