I'm glad you like him.

Here's some info I copied from my RP account's bio:
- He can be very obnoxious.
- He's punctual - In a strip it's shown a ponytailed man coming to Halloween a day late. It's claimed to be Portugal.
- If people are late, he will get angry and call it a waste of his time and money.
- He is not happy about his country's economic issues.
- But he works hard to fix it.
- In Eurovision Portugal sent out a song called "The struggle is joy", Enrique does NOT think the struggle is joy.
- He would happily eat Arthur's cooking.
- He uses his longest running Alliance with England as bragging right to those who wish to get close to England.
- He's quite grumpy.

Brazil, I suppose he left Brazil to raise him/herself, because of his "time wasting" dislike. He's secretly jealous of how well Brazil as done for him/herself.
I think Brazil is one of the countries with the highest economy?

No, he doesn't hate her as such.
He's just slightly jealous of her and how well she's done for herself.
Because his economy isn't so great and he's working his ass off for his country.
