So cute! How did you get the speckling effect on her torso and hands? Was that a specific effects brush?

Thank you and yes! I used one of Kyle T. Webster's watercolour brushes or oil brushes (I can't remember which, sorry) on photoshop. The brushes are only available via adobe creative cloud but I bought them back before Kyle was hired by Adobe so mine are a little out of date.
