Would you be interested in taking a commission? I need an environmental artist for a game project.

Hi!
Really nicely done drawings these trees! Great work!
I wish to ask if you would allow it or parts of it to be used in one of my drawings?

Hi. Which software did you used to draw something as good as this?

How did you determine what size to draw them at when you knew the artwork was intended for a game?

They were just concepts/explorations. Not going directly into the game at this stage.Β

How long did it take on average to make one of these?

Like it. Is the whole conceptart made in psd? Or have you made the leaves in Illustrator?

Hi Derek.Β
We are developing a planet-hopping, space-exploring, adventure-puzzle game and your lovely trees quite match our graphical style. Would it be ok to use them in our game - crediting you obviously!? The prototype is onΒ www.nitrojin.com/ . It takes some time to load up ...

I'm really curious as to how you managed to get this crisp look, especially the outlines. I've been trying some different things in Photoshop but no success Please describe your process! Thanks!

I don't have any real secret to my process. These were done using the regular hard brush in PS and I work fairly large to begin with. I hope that helps but ya no real secret here

I am not liking the pine tree like I do the others, I think it could use some work. You are better than that.
