High resolution sprites for Princess, a huge female Chain Chomp from Paper Mario Color Splash and its recut.

The pet of a knowledgeable individual on Prism Island (a generic professor Toad in the original, Orion the Memphawk in the Recut), Princess one day left her master alone and crestfallen in Mondo Woods. As Mario, Huey, and possibly others journeyed to find more Paint Stars, they promised Princess' master to keep an eye out for her. And find her they did, in Marmalade Valley. The problem was Princess wanted to play "rough rough", and gave chase to the plumber and friend(s). Eventually, the duo/gang tired her out, and she went home to reunite with her master once more, before leaving for the big open world.

Princess' role is mostly the same in the Recut. The only change to her backstory is Orion raised her with his long-gone partner Chanterelle the Memphawk. Also, while Princess is still summoned by a Bone (or rather a Draggadon Bone) to Gold Coliseum, it happens way later, in Chapter 6 rather than Chapter 2, and for a different reason. In gameplay (or, since the Recut is just text and pictures, "gameplay"), meanwhile, Princess is one of many obstacles nerfed from "instant game over" to merely "big damage".

Princess is notably one of the only two characters in the original Color Splash with both a unique design and actual name, with the other being Huey. So when that one Color Splash trailer said "Hit up new characters", Princess was literally the only other one it was referring to.

For this remastered 2D version, I added eyelashes which neither the original nor Recut version of Princess had, just to spruce her up.

OCTOBER 16th 2019 UPDATE: After a week of trying to get Princess on Spriter's Resource, she's finally there. Unlike other characters, however, she lacks her eyelashes from the Deviantart version. The Deviantart version will keep the eyelashes. www.spriters-resource.com/cust…

...I know, I know. Part of why I did Princess now was because my upload of the redesigned Piper was not accepted to Spriter's Resource, so I put this together to show no hard feelings. Nevertheless, I'm getting mad at myself I keep putting "that" off, or in one word, procrastinating. It's an old bad habit of mine that's come back with a vengeance.

Well, no more. You all shouldn't have to keep waiting for a bad reason (my laziness). Next deviation for sure will be the next part of "that", and I will not upload anything until at least the next part of "that" is up.
