*The setting is some kind of neighborhood. Kids are running about getting candy. Phoenix, Maya, and Pearl are walking down a sidewalk. Phoenix is dressed as Phil from Bonus Stage, Maya is dressed as Rya, and Pearl is dressed as a Bubbles from the powerpuff girls*

Maya: Well isn't this fun, Nick?
Phoenix: I don't know, I feel kinda stupid, still trick or treating. But I do love the candy!
Pearl: Do you think I'll get a lot of candy?
Maya: Of course Pearly! You'll get a whole lot!

*Detective Gumshoe is walking towards them. He is dressed as Gene Simmons. Maya and Phoenix are seriously trying to hold back laughter*

Gumshoe: Hey pal! What's so funny?
Phoenix: Um... Nothing... What's up?
Gumshoe: I'm afraid I've got some bad news. It looks like Von Karma and some of the other scumbags you helped to put away have all escaped from prison and are hiding among everyone in costumes, so the police are having trouble finding them.
Phoenix: And lemme guess. You need our help to round em all up?
Gumshoe: *Surprised* wow, how'd you guess?
Phoenix: It always seems like I'm doing your job, doesn't it, DETECTIVE?
Gumshoe: Um, I'm going to ignore that...
Maya: So who got out, besides Von Karma?
Gumshoe: Well... Damon Gant, Matt Engarde, Luke Atmey, Redd white, and Richard Wellington.
Phoenix: Oh man. All of those guys? I had serious trouble putting them away the first time. Do you have any idea who they might be dressed as?
Gumshoe: No idea pal. We've already had 6 false arrests. The mayor is gonna be really mad if this keeps up. That's why we're asking for your help. You know these scumbags in and out.
Maya: *Devious smile* He does does he?
Phoenix: *Shocked* What? No, NO! Not like that! Maya, there is a child present!
Maya: Oh right. Well, you did help put them away. You know a lot about these guys, so maybe you can help identify them.
Phoenix: Well, knowing Richard Wellington, I'd look at anyone wearing a Richie rich costume. And you'd think Matt Engarde would dress as the Nickel Samurai, but that's too obvious.
Gumshoe: *Shocked. He pulls out a Walkie talkie like device* Hey, stop pursuing people dressed as the Nickel Samurai. What? You shot one? Oh, we're never going to hear the end of this! Anyway, if you see anyone dressed as Richie Rich, go ahead and arrest them. Alright Pal, thanks for the assist. Keep an eye out, I'll contact you if I need you.
Phoenix: Alright, seeya later!
Maya: So, should we just go trick or treating, or should we help find these guys?
Phoenix: I don't know, I really want candy!
Pearl: Me too!
Phoenix and Pearl: CANDY CANDY!
Maya: *Sigh* Alright, we'll just keep an eye out.

*10 minutes later*
Phoenix: Hey, I think I see Gant. He's dressed up like the devil. Wow.
Maya: I guess that makes sense. Should we stop him?
Phoenix: Nah, let's follow him, maybe he'll go to the others, and we can get them all at once!
*The follow close behind Gant, all the way to an abandoned warehouse. There are others there as well. Matt Engarde is dressed as a fencer, Luke Atmey is dressed as Kurtis from Disgaea, Von Karma is dressed as the Judge, and Redd White is dressed as Hanekoma from the world ends with you.*

Gant: It appears the police have enlisted the help of our ... Nemesis. Thanks to him they caught Wellington already.
Von Karma: No worries. We will soon go on a murder spree the likes of which the world has never seen! And then we will pin all the murders on other people. As is our style. Possibly Phoenix Wright! Hahahaha!
Phoenix: Oh man. I gotta call Gumshoe. *He calls Gumshoe* Listen! They're all gathered together at the abandoned warehouse! Hurry up and get over here, they want to murder people and possibly puppies! And then they're gonna pin the whole thing on me!

*The police arrive and begin the arresting*

Von Karma: And I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kids.
Pearl: Ahem!
Von Karma: Oh yeah, and your little girl too!
Maya: Now that that ordeal is over with, let's go trick or treating again!
Phoenix: *Jumps into the air* HOORAY!!
