This project started as a 'just-for-fun' experiment because I am building a physical patch wall but it has lead me down a path of learning more geometry nodes applications and building more tools for my graphics illustration pipeline. I've got plans to utilize it on gun promo renders down the line. E.g. Plate Carriers, Range bags/cases, etc.
