Wonderful contrast between the white of her skin, the black of the gloves and the red of the wine. for a second I took the drop on the bar as blood for a second, and the thing in some way seemed to me normal...
Maybe because the whole picture remembered me a vampire lady, that need to drink blood but is in some way hating her condition,s o she tried to restrain herself, so is a fight between reason and instinct. This is the idea I obtained from your picture.
