That would be awesome, yes. Looking at the design though her arms would get pulled up a lot by the collar and her heels would also almost touch her hands. You'd have to have the collar pretty big and thick at the front to make that safe.

Actually I put a lot of thought into it ^_^
I like the interaction in their relationship, Scully actually being the dominant personality and Mulder more childish with a strong inclination to kinky stuff. It's kind of a running joke in the X-Files that Mulder is watching or reading porn at work in his office.
So Scully would have the trust to be put in bondage by Mulder, but she wouldn't be subdued or trembling. In the worst case annoyed by Mulders antics.
So even so Scully is tied up, she is on top of the desk looking down on Mulder. Having her posture being dominant while being tied up was a bit more tricky, so I made her straighten her back while her head is leaning slightly tilted towards Mulder, like a teacher asking her pupil an ironic question. She has her sleeves rolled up like him, indicating equality and that she willfully participates.
An elegant skirt and a tiny bit too sexy high heel sandals to show, that she is well aware of her own sex appeal.
