Wowza! How did you make her hair shine like that? I can't seem to understand how people do that technique.XD

Usually you can add pure white shine, either in a circle or following the flow of the hair, and then reduce the transparency (making sure the shine is on a seperate layer). If this is done in Photoshop I presume it's the same process, but I use MyBrushes Pro for iPad Air.
