No critics, just some ideas and own opinions:
I think Pinkies hair needs to be more fluffy. I like the color change though
Give Rarity some more accessoirs, she would try to stand out. The earrings are already a nice touch, but she most likely also would change the dress to be more... her!
Switch the boob size of Rarity and Fluttershy. Or is that just an accident that they look different? I think, Rarity should be the curvy one.
Fluttershy never stands verry straight, except if she got critters around her. Try to hunch her a bit without making her look stupid so you can develop the char in different scenes (oh that is so easy to say ^^)
I love Applejack in this pic, fits perfectly. The simple shirt shows her "manliness" very well!
Rainbow Dash is also great, she even has that winning sparkle in her eyes.
Twi looks a bit too shy but otherwise awesome.

All of this are just opinions of me and in now way should lessen your work. All you did here looks astonishingly awesome! Really looking forward for more

Overall, it's really nice. The variety in eye shapes, expressions and hair all give different personalities for the characters. The hair especially is good because of the little details within the hair and the hair isn't completely lines. Except for a few parts, the body is pretty proportional and gives off more aspects of the characters' personalities.

The only aspects I would critique about would the lack of shadowing and the disproportion of the shoulders and neck. The shoulders are a little narrow, not necessarily bad, but for some of them, narrow shoulders do not match the personalities they give off, so I suggest making some of them wider. The necks for all of them are way too narrow and tall. Making them wider would be better because necks are wide enough to touch the ears.

Like I said, this is really good. I'd love to see more detailed drawings.

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!! But yeah, like you said, Pinkie's hair. And I LOVE Fluttershy's hair. But is Rarity's hair color going to be such a pink-toned purple? 'Cause it's DEFINITELY more blue-toned on the show.

Damn I can't wait! This is so cool!
I've always imagined Fluttershy and Rarity being the most developed and mature looking. Making Fluttershy more self-conscious and shy but making Rarity more confident and bold.

I can see more than just ribbons. I'd like to see thin ribbons, thick ribbons, bow ties and short fat neck ties. I just see Twi with a bow tie and AJ with a short fat neck tie.

Leg wear - stockings, knee and thigh high socks. I can see Pinkie pie in those loose leg warmer like socks with socks. Twi might wear white stockings. Rarity would bend the rules and wear black stockings with the garter belt clips showing.

Too bad you couldn't use those cg game school uniforms where they're like corsets and tighter than spandex. *sigh*

I sure hope the story is this: male protagonist enlists in all male school. Computer glitch (read Dean Molestia) accidentally sends him to all girl sister school. Thanks to Dean Molestia, there no men's bathrooms or locker rooms or dorms. The girls can't kick him out and are scolded if they try to cordon him off. Much hilarity and hentai ensues from shared bathroom scenes and locker room scenes. Due to another Dean Molestia "glitch", he's in a double dorm room with the main 6 and there's no bed for him. The girls are expected to take turns sharing a bed with him. "Hardness levels" changes how perverted Dean Molestia is. Like removing all the girls' beds in your dorm and replacing it with one big one. Or making all the girls' panties disappear on a windy day. Or the protagonist being the sole student in art class and one of the girls has to be a nude model. And the classic- assigned a time to use the girls' bath house while all the girls and/or main 6 are there. Damn do they need another writer? Or an idea person? This game practically writes itself.

They all look good. My personal criticism is that Pinkie Pie's hair could be a little longer with a bit more volume. Other than that, absolutely fantastic.

Well, I adamit that, if we're going to have humanised ponies in a "serious" setting, their hairstyles shouldn't exact copies of the originals, because frankly, some of the would be physically impossible.

-Maybe Twilight's hair is a bit too long in that one.
-Rainbow Dash looks perfect, I like the detail of having no ribbon. Maybe, just maybe, having the sleeves rolled up ould fit her. Just a silly idea.
-Applejack could have longer hair, though the ponytail is awesome and I love her more informal dressing. Hope she doesn't get into trouble for that.
-Both Fluttershy and Rarity are perfect. The earrings on the latter are a wonderful touch.
-Pinkie... Well, yes, the hair, though the pigtails give her a really cute expression. However, taking into account my own words, Pinkie's mane on the show is... fluffy at best, and in a "normal" human that'll be hard to do. Not to mention that, in an academy with uniform rules, they'll also have certain rules against "crazy hairstyles". In my opinion, Pinkie's the real challenge here. Aside from that, maybe having the ribbon untied just hanging around her neck could fit her better according to her personality.

This is just something you might want to use, but once I tried to put the Mane 6 into a school, humanized and, with RainbowDash, I had her wearing socks. BUT, with her socks, one legs was always pulled right up and was staying in place and all but the other one would always have rolled down her leg and would be in some huge clump down by her shoe. Just something for you to think about, if you're interested It just speaks Rainbow to me

Very nice! If I may say, their eyes could take a few more design cues from their pony versions, because with this design they seem to be a tad... similar to each other. But it's easy to see how much work went into this, and it's quite easy to tell each character's personality from the way they present themselves - how they dress, how they stand, how they look - although they already have personalities in the show, it would not be difficult to guess them from this picture. Well done!
