Playing with stuff again....I made this effect for an effect that used when a character extremely move fast as if its teleporting leaving afterimage on the previous position before moving so extremely fast..
EDIT : Revised!! Its smoother than before

Sure, like I told you, use irvanview to extract it to frames and if you have photoshop you should make all those frame shared.
And this effect is just the out version, I haven't made the in version where the circle is shrinking to the center instead of expanded out
