That and he's definitely got less plot armour. Jack Slash doesn't have the mercy of the court that so happens to not have any friends or family related to his victims, hell I'm glad there exist Kill Orders otherwise seriously those courts may as well be really stupid

How long does anyone here this guy'd last against Deadpool? A serious deadpool.......you know when he's so sufficiently pissed off because you've done something even HE wouldn't do, that the first sign he's serious is that he's really really really really really really motherfucking calm.

Yeah, if Deadpool is a Worm style parahuman, forever.
Otherwise: Jack Slash doesn't fight one on one. Jack Slash is powerful because he easily makes powerful allies, so asking "Who would win" is kinda pointless, Deadpool would win a fair fight, but Jack would just run away and hide until he found a way to win or to corrupt Deadpool to his side..

I kinda get tired of people on SB and SV repeatedly talking about Jack having huge amounts of Plot Armor when I'm pretty sure just as you say he's not stupid and depends on others to help him win in the long-run

Well...he has basically an extendable knife, and Deadpool has two katana, a lot of guns, and regeneration, as well as some kind of teleportation belt and a lot of other stuff.

Depends entirely on wether or not the broadcast shard can actually interact with a non-shard power like deadpools. If it can then Jack would likely win a direct confrontation since deadpool isn't significantly tougher than average and Jack's ability can easily dismember people. Then after the fight bonesaw gets to do her thing to wade (if that works is another question).
If the broadcast shard can't interact with deadpool then Jack loses ... hard.
