Largely excellent. I think it might have been better without the suggestions of eyes and a mouth, but that part may be a matter of personal preference. I'm pretty sure it'd be closer to canon, though.

The suggestions of the eyes and nose, at least, are canonical. The mouth was present on at least one of his forms.

You really don't realise how deadly Mannequin actually is until you see something along these lines.
The only real reason he even got killed is because he's insane.
If he had a more careful mentality he could have been worse than the entire nine by himself.
