Say, do you have any of your Gmod stuff re-arranged into scraps or even deleted with a "copyright violation" report?
It's like a plaque spreading here! Many Gmodders are affected and it just hit me, too tonight. So better watch out. Someone is reporting our stuff and seems to get quite a kick out of it...

Now that you mention, devart replaced my wepon ID to scraps. *shrugs* Gmod screenshots are legal moddings, modder's resources. I bought my copy from steam, its legal, and its modding tools /gmod/ are also legal, so i truly dont understand why its violating any of the rules. Valve said NOTHING against this. As long as you dont use warez, they are happy and wont bitch you with copyright violation laws.
I think someone from the staff hates HL2 and Gmod. lol I cant think of anything else.

That's true.
I'm not sure about the hating part, but at least the staff is pretty ignorant about what are "screenshot-scraps" and what are "real" pictures.
More than the half of my gallery is re-sorted into scraps meanwhile (and I don't think that it ends there). This is more like the actions of an over-enthusiastic/bitchy person reporting things without the knowledge about what are screenshots and what are individual poses. 
And with reporting pictures I mean something ridiculus like "I'm reporting your stuff just because I can" and nothing more. :S

Do we know anything about this rule? I never even heard/read about it. I doubt its even excists.
Anyway i think i put my finished Gmod comics aside. As long as this bitching continues, i wont upload them. For this ID, i recived 2 different automated notes at the same time! I was like WTF?

Well, Rythmear got a mail from Valve telling that Gmod stuff isn't a copyright infringement and that they are okay with it - if we aren't making any money from it.
Erm, I'm a little confused here, sorry. What rule?
And for me, I won't stop uploading stuff... But DA should create a sub-category for Gmod pictures and all the riot will stop. We would be living in peace again and no one would be able to blame or harrass us for uploading into the "wrong" category. Although I still fail to see why fanart -> wallpapers -> games is a wrong category at all.....
