If you don't know who Spank Joe is, he is an enemy on the canceled game Shantae 2 Risky Revolution: in that game there was a powerful enemy called by the fans Spank Joe, if he catches her he will start to spank her butt, i guess that made him somewhat popular, so i decided to draw him in what i concider a funny but mean spirited drawing, mostly because i like Shantae as a character, and if i get something about his design wrong, give me a little break, all i had were some very pixaleted screenshots, and besides, his design would be changed for "half-genie hero" aniways.Related content
