The only thing is i dont know about the shadowing, you'd thing at that time of day the shadows would become far harsher perhaps. Darker, and a little more defined?

yep, shadows were darker but,i sacrificed them to achieve the misty and serene mood i was going for

I think I'm so impressed I'm scared. Another fav, obviously.... you do a great job with the cats, and the basket of dates is a nice touch. I think I want to eat them.

Although I must say that the landscape is unusual, it certainly doesn't look like Egypt...but I love the details! the blue lotuses, the hair (OMG I love the way you do hair-every strand stands out!), the fur, the grass, the shiny gold...

hehee,in fact,i -did- use a reference for the background (the ruins) but since my client wanted the ruins of the temple (not how it was before) i had to paint stone piles instead
