I think I got all of the primary, secondary, and most of the tertiary colors packed into this. This painting was done using a notched spreader www.acehardware.com/product/in⦠.

Nice work! Β Excellent composition and the combination of colors is outstanding. Β I can tell you put a lot of thought into this.
Since you like the spreader, I bet you'd like using a trowel too. Β I use it to make half-circles and it has a nice effect.

Thank you! I have a variety of spreaders and trowels. I find the trowels to big for canvas of this size, so I used the speaders instead.

I'm pretty sure this is one of my favorites also. Not using brushes gives the feeling of being less in control, and just going for it, it's kind of freeing.
