This is a skin package that includes all the required elements to create the layout above.It includes:

Bent Skin

A picture has been included to show exactly which skins are to be used.
The wallpaper can be found on this website: Wallpaper
Please choose your screen size on the website. Re-positioning may be required.
Also, to make the Core Temperature skin work, please follow this Link
The weather skin needs to be edited for the user's specific area, however, it is quite straight forward.

Also, the Enigma taskbar keeps failing out on me. When I try to activate one of the taskbar elements, I get an error that says there "aren't any meters" in that file. Any ideas?
