Dr. Cossack, antagonist of Mega Man 4. This is another sketch I had no plans for, and now it's colored.
Because Dr. Cossack doesn't have a lot of fanart.Yes, more weather.

Haha, the author of the Megamix manga likes him a lot, and gets a lot more spotlight. There is even a funny little strip at the end of one of them of Dr. Cossack thanking the author for featuring him so much where the games have forgotten him. XD

Although it's cool to have that out there, the problem lies with the limitation of the medium's exposure. The range of fans that are going to be aware and able to read those is much more limited vs. international exposure through video game-based appearances.
