First let me tell you the overall impression of your work is amazing! The color scheme is very harmonic and pleasing. I love the shades of red and orange. I appreciate the fact that you painted in a lot of details which give your rose girl a lot of charm and elegance.
The jewelry on her forhead looks great but it doesn't seem to fit in because the lighting and shading is not right on it. The rest of the headdress is very good. You have done a good job with the brush work on her face and hair though the shading on her neck is not correct as well as the shading on the ear (needs to be a little more in the shadow).
The single parts of the dress doesn't blend very well together. The rose chain lacks shading and lighting, the lace comes in a poorer quality than the rest of the dress and the drop shadow on it is out of place.
The rose in the backrgound is a very nice touch though I think it lacks a bit of sharpness compared to other details.
You have created a very nice and charming portrait and with some changes here and there it should look like a realistic portrait of a an elvish princess!

i used one of the brushes probably used for snow to make the skin texture
