LadyGrace bought this as a Christmas present for me. It is absolutely amazing, more so in person. Edgar Allan Poe is one of my favorite authors and the provocative, surrealist style is very striking.

This is reminding that I should probably pick up some opium.

I was recently on the Arabian Sea and the ravens were present in hordes. It was strange to see such dark creatures in a sunny and colorful tropical place. This vibrantly rendered depiction of Poe feels the same way.

This is really trippy. I'm digging it. My favorite part has to be the left side of Poe's face, the blue and grey are a great contrast to the rest of the piece. but the swirl of face-fractures is pretty bad-ass as well.
