i am using this have nice effect but please kindly let me know how i make it colorful as i found in your preview of brushes..

Please follow below methods-
1)Use black background,
2) make new layer (name it-brush layer)
3) On new layer use this brush with white color.
4)next make one more layer on top of(brush layer called it-colored layer). and go to layer option and change normal to overlay.
5.) Now u can use round brush and use any color u like around border, u need to use different color to get this effect.
