I think it's probably the fingers tha make the hand look bigger, but for the rest, i really like it, the pose looks very natural and her expression just says "i'm happy and enjoying it!". Nice piece, dude

The right eyes (from my view) is a little disproportioned, but she looks all happy and lively.
