I actually got the play RumbleRoses XX for the Xbox360 almost a full year ago. Granted I sucked at the controls. But I easily recall these two characters, Reiko being the headliner to that game and Candy Cane was pretty much a front runner character too.
My favorite two in that game was Dixie and Evil Rose. But Reiko is up there too.

Absolutly! Speaking from game terms, Reiko is a high flyer thats really good with her feet. So, unless this is kickboxing, Candy Cane (a natural brawler type) has a big advantage here
