That is one serious wedgie she's sporting. That can't possibly be comfortable in either back or front. Ouch.
Her breast looks like it's growing out of her underarm. Instead of it looking attractive, it looks like a tumor.
That gun makes absolutely no sense with the rest of the image. It quite honestly looks out of place according to her costume and her color scheme.
Otherwise, the costume looks pretty nice and the details of the sword look good. The coloring is also quite smooth and shapes her out pretty well.
