Yet another custom built fighter for my New Corneria RPG character.

This tough, hard-hitting craft is heavily modified Cornerian all-range assault starfighter customized exclusively for the needs of the Katinan Navy's tactical fighter squadron, Wardog. The concept of this variant of the Cornerian fighter was conceived when the squadron's flight lead, Captain Oscar Meyer, noticed that the current starfighters his squad mates had to pilot were becoming increasingly outperformed by newer, more advanced starships and fighters. For the time being, Oscar has declined to replace his Interceptor-Class Arwing for the new fighter saying his interceptor is still capable of holding it's own.

The starfighter is equipped with one, but powerful, hull busting, plasma laser cannon and its charged shot mode is capable of locking onto four ships at once. It also carries two high yield, Nova bombs. Along with advanced computers, countermeasures, avionics, powerful G-diffuser engines, and tough armor. It is also equipped with a more effective version of the barrier shield much like the one equipped on Oscar's personal interceptor. What makes this version of the barrier shield an improvement over the older variants, that it's more powerful, more advanced, and no longer uses those use limiting power cells. Thus the shield can be used way more than three times, but it takes longer for it to cool down and recharge after each use.
