Another cropped wip. I'm so close to finishing, still need to fix a few things, but the thing is just gigantic ; _ ;Related content

You can do it, you can do it!
You probably hear this all the time, but you are just one of the best spy/TF2 artists to me, the way you draw him is just amazing and so accurate.
You're a fantastic digital painter. I really love your work.

Awww thank you so much! ; u ; that is so very sweet of you to say
Heh I'm definitely not the best tf2 spy artist out there, but I do put a lot of effort into my artwork. So hopefully I continue to improve so I can contribute decent things to the fandom <33

I looks fabulous.
Honestly, I wouldn't say you need to fixd things. I can see how you might want to clean up a few spots, but in overall mood and style, this already looks finished and could just as well be.

Haha thank you, but that is just a small part of the actual picture that you are seeing here, which means I still have everything else to clean up. <3

You're style of painting has always astounded me. I look through your gallery and what seems to look like real traditional paintings are actually digital. I love just the way you keep the caricature like aspects of the Team Fortress crew and yet have a spin with a realistic painting style. I can understand where pieces can take so long, but finished or not, I love seeing your work.
Do you use any particular brushes? I have been using the pressure sensitive round tool to shade and paint, which gives it a sculpted affect but nothing that would give it a "painted" look.
I bought a my Bamboo a couple of years ago, playing with it and getting a hand at how to paint. Thankfully, last spring there was a digital painting course open and have taken it. The class made me feel like I can actually have skill in digital paint, so seeing your work makes me inspired to work that much harder to improve.

I'm glad you asked. A little while back I wrote up a little tutorial to answer the many times I've been asked the question of how I go about my process. There's also a brush set and attached at the end. I dug up the link to it from my tumblr [link]
Thank you so much, and I hope this helps

Oh my, many times you were asked this? I hope this didn't bug you, in some cases repetitiveness can be annoying, but I'm glad that you had time to reply. Oh that's cool, the brush I said I like to use was brush 1 in your set. XD
You're very welcome, this will help me. Keep up with the amazing work, you are very inspiring Des!
