Aww they're so cute! Bows really make animals look dashing don't they? I've always wanted a dog but they aren't really compatible with apartments. ^-^

It all depends on the breed of dog.  I lived in apartments fort several years, and I've known tenants who had apartment-compatible dogs.  Most of them are found in the AKC's Toy Group, like Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, and shih Tzus.  Other small breeds included Dachshunds, Jack Russell Terriers, and Miniature Poodles.  Maybe the manager doesn't allow pets?  I mean, some apartment complexes are like that.

It's mostly the toileting thing, I live on the third floor so it'd be difficult to let the dog out to use the bathroom. But now that you mention it, my manager probably wouldn't be cool with me having any more animals either.

I really love them! But Rin doesn't so I had to take hers off xD Milo's always been fine with collars though.

Haha I have a little chicken suit I put my cat in once and a while for calibrations and she constantly glares XD
