For details, it's hard for me, long time to did this setup...

I remember to used widgetlocker for lockscreen, selfmade screens with photoshop, app icons done with uccw.apk, agenda with simple agenda.apk, weather icons with Beautiful widgets.apk, news with simple RSS widget.apk, music widget is musicmod.apk, and sound buttons with audio manager.apk

All done on AOKP rom 4.2.

I've lost all ressources, i'm confused, sorry

Oh, I've been there, done that. Only working on the base wall in Corel for WL screen took me most of the day Tweaking and adding and changing. And I love UCCW! But eventually... I'm not able to apply it to my WidgetLocker because for some reason the chosen wall doesn't appear on SSLuncher Still - your final effect, is what realy catches the eye. I would appreciate your telling me what that note widget is? I cannot find anything that would look like that open agenda.

the widget for agenda is simple calendar.apk play.google.com/store/apps/det…
very easy to use it

you can do the same thing with zooper widget if you want
