She's addicted to the music!Some of your may know I've got some heavy things on my shoulders at the moment. Much of my recent art has been inspired and is a channel for the feelings that come with that. This is no exception. Music has been my release.
Music is my drug of choice. Its amazing how much like medication music can be...
Have to say I dislike that awkward moment when someone asks 'so what music do you like?' and they list off chart bands, you have to explain what you enjoy and they look confused. Not that I don't love some chart stuff! But between computer games, folk, classical, soundtracks my tastes can be a bit eclectic
In general I love sweeping orchestral and moving pieces. I love to imagine when I listen and let the music dictate the colours and scenes in my head.
Saw Nobuo Uemastu concert live when Distant Worlds came to London, simply awesome. It's coming back again this year.
*ahem* So the picture. Yeah, shes just chewing her way through those wires XD Not sure what she's listening to but it might be your favourite tune!

I agree with the way you say music is sort of like a drug. I love listining to dubstep and I also enjoy to imagene diffrint scenes that come to mind when I listin to diffrint types of music. For example Rock Dubstep Party, fun, wildness? And for lullabys of sorta I ushaly imagene the ocan or the night sky.

I agree with music being a drug. I listen to it at any time i can. Then, if anyone, even my friends, inturupt it, i get all agitated and be a grumpy face until they stop talking to me or i forget i was listening to it i the first place

I see what you mean by her being lit up only by the blue electric sparks, DestinyBlue. In situations like that, you actually have to avoid using the reddish and warm colors that you used for her skin. The reason for this is in the nature of light. Regular surfaces and textures don't have the ability to create light, but only can reflect light that is already hitting them. The reason why someone's skin might appear red or brown, then, is because their skin reflects that type of light better than other types, such as blue light.
When the only light available is blue light, however, then there's no way for the girl's skin to reflect red light, and so even her normally red skin will appear bluish.
Ah, but this is really just needless nitpicking, actually. The picture itself is very, very good. It seems like you have a lot on your plate. Stress can be tough to deal with, but I hope you know that you are a very good artist, DestinyBlue. You have wonderful work. I'm going to favorite this, and I hope to see more work from you, as well!

Music is something beyond just a preset pattern of sound, it tells the story of the artist who made it and the person who sung it. to be addicted to music is to be lost in a world of wonder. at least when the song is good.
