She's addicted to the music!Some of your may know I've got some heavy things on my shoulders at the moment. Much of my recent art has been inspired and is a channel for the feelings that come with that. This is no exception. Music has been my release.
Music is my drug of choice. Its amazing how much like medication music can be...
Have to say I dislike that awkward moment when someone asks 'so what music do you like?' and they list off chart bands, you have to explain what you enjoy and they look confused. Not that I don't love some chart stuff! But between computer games, folk, classical, soundtracks my tastes can be a bit eclectic
In general I love sweeping orchestral and moving pieces. I love to imagine when I listen and let the music dictate the colours and scenes in my head.
Saw Nobuo Uemastu concert live when Distant Worlds came to London, simply awesome. It's coming back again this year.
*ahem* So the picture. Yeah, shes just chewing her way through those wires XD Not sure what she's listening to but it might be your favourite tune!

I recognize this is kind of an old piece, but I have to say something. I am obsessed with your art. You have a true talent, your style is recognizable, and you seem to have great emotion within your pieces. You are very lucky to have such things, and your artwork is just beautiful. So expressive and distinctive. One of my absolute favorite pieces of your's is trapped by school. I feel that way so much, it's not even funny. Your art is remarkable, to sum it up, and the more I look at it the more jealous I become XD
The one thing that bugs me with this though, is the cutesy heavy-topped-ness of the girl. I probably sound like an asshole, but I feel like this is promoting so many stereotypes. The lighting and drawing itself is amazing, but I feel like its just unrealistic. But there are so many pieces out there so much worse then this I probably shouldn't be saying anything, but I don't see why you had to make her so heavy-topped. I'm sorry, stuff like this just really pisses me off. It's just that not all women look like this.

Some how this picture speaks of how I feel about music lol and not gonna lie I have bad chance's with some headphones and have to go through the trouble of finding very good ones to feel in peace while listing to some music. Overall I love this picture non the less!!
