She's addicted to the music!Some of your may know I've got some heavy things on my shoulders at the moment. Much of my recent art has been inspired and is a channel for the feelings that come with that. This is no exception. Music has been my release.
Music is my drug of choice. Its amazing how much like medication music can be...
Have to say I dislike that awkward moment when someone asks 'so what music do you like?' and they list off chart bands, you have to explain what you enjoy and they look confused. Not that I don't love some chart stuff! But between computer games, folk, classical, soundtracks my tastes can be a bit eclectic
In general I love sweeping orchestral and moving pieces. I love to imagine when I listen and let the music dictate the colours and scenes in my head.
Saw Nobuo Uemastu concert live when Distant Worlds came to London, simply awesome. It's coming back again this year.
*ahem* So the picture. Yeah, shes just chewing her way through those wires XD Not sure what she's listening to but it might be your favourite tune!

I know how you feel when it comes to people asking what music you like. It's even harder to explain how listening to metal calms me down... it's not all that does, just helps me feel not so angry sometimes.

Oh I know exactly what you mean. Everyone asks me my favorite and I have to explain then I give up and tell them I like everything but rap basicly. I love this piece though. I have to buy new ear plugs every 3 days because either my dog gets to them or the speakers just dont wanna work anymore. I seriously listen to music almost every second of everyday (unless Im at school of course) The picture is cute though. Just like the other pictures I have seen the outfit would be a girls everyday wear and the hairstyle works with the situation too. the expression on her face is that same questioning face I give to someone when they walk in and Im listening to music on full blast that really fits here too. overall the picture is just perfect and there is nothing I would do to change it one bit. Also Im so happy someone else lets the music dictate the colors and scenes in their head I do the exact same thing I cant draw without music. Music is such a moving thing and every single note and cord it just blends so well together that is makes a story deep within it. Oh my Im sorry *laughs* Im a giant musical nerd... I could go on like this all day....
