Follow up to:ΒGreat news ~ I've been officially discharged from hospital!
But the best news is it's happened because I am feeling betterΒ π
It's been a really tough month, but I survived, came though, and am proud of myself.
Your words and support meant more to me than you could imagine while I was in void. Thank you for taking the time to support a hurting soul. I will do a proper thank you when I'm feeling less fragile.Β

I think this makes for a perfect sequel to "Hello, I'm suicidal", because it shows how good it feels to recover from such a fall or slump. It took me about four years to recover my will to live and strengthen it. Since then, I may get the blues and panic attacks here and there. But I'm more willing to live and make a difference than ever before.
