Iv been wanting to do some character and outfit designing for ages, I also recently purchaced final fantasy XI (loads of fun!) and they have classes like 'black mage' 'warrior' and so on, this sort of inspired me to create my own outfit/character for one of these classes. I naturally chose theif Im a theif in the game you see (if anyone cares my names Mirth and im on the Fairy server, come say hello) So I decided to make my own thief for some sort of computor game or story or whatever!

The outfit was lots of fun to design, I made about 10 atempts to get a good outfit and this was the one I liked the most so I coloured it in. ^-^ The glowing bits and the purple base was done on the computor but the character and little thing in the background are in HB pencil and coloured using craola.

Dont ask whats going on in the BG thing, haha. I have no idea myself. At first it was going to be some sort of explosion... only not many of those are pink, heh maybe its some kind of cloud, make up your own mind

Actuly I really love the character. Recently iv been veering away from the more anime style, but I went back a bit to it with this picture. I also think iv done pretty well with the amatomy on this one, I know she still has slightly chunky legs but this time they are not 'wrong' they are more my style, I have chunky legs you see Its really great to see you are improving and I think I am with every picture I do, I just hope my enthusiasm doesn't run out!

Dont worry guys, a full (and hopefully great) picture is in the pipeline, I just have the background to do, so watch this space! This pic is a sort of filler, I really want to do more full pictures but they take so much time!
